The House

We are happy to have you stay in our home and even to help you.
Please use our home as a place to sleep, shower and eat or relax in between your daytime and evening events.

Parties are not allow in the house.

You can stay up to 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms with bathroom each and full eqipment kitchen

We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and care, as if it were your own.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening hours, as we have neighbors who appreciate a peaceful environment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

We provide clean linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience. If you require any additional supplies, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from diving or running near the swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool area.

During your stay, if you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We want your experience in our home to be comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 10am. If you need to make any adjustments to these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The Beach

In addition to its lively nightlife, Ibiza also stands out for the quality of its beaches and coves. So you do not go crazy looking for your ideal cove among the more than 50 on the island. The closest one to the house is Los Molinos beach, Figuretas and Playa dem Bossa. Other beautiful beaches in Ibiza surrounded by a green environment barely urbanized, Cala Salada and Cala Saladeta are two of the best valued and most visited beaches in all of Ibiza.Made up of fine and pearly sands and turquoise waters, Cala Conta is one of the coves preferred by tourists and locals.

Located in the southwest of Ibiza, Cala de Hort is a beach that does not stand out for its beauty, although it does for its beautiful views "Es Vedra" rock.
